Anthony Casey. Financial Controller at W.Howard Kildare
Biog: I am a Chartered Accountant and have been with the business since 2001. I was delighted when our site became a part of the W.Howard Group in 2016. Originally from Tipperary I am naturally a fan of the best field sport in the world, Hurling!
Biog: I joined WHL in Nov 2014 as Receptionist, my role has progressed along with the needs of the business and I enjoy every day no matter what the challenge is. When I’m not at WHL I start my other job as a wife and mother, it’s no wonder I’m becoming a Gin connoisseur!!
Damian Woods. National Account Manager / Business Development Manager
Biog: From joining W.Howard in 2017, I have been impressed not only with the wide range of solutions we can offer but also with the ethos that places our customers at the centre of every activity. For myself, I enjoy travelling around the country and re-discovering the things locals take for granted.
Biog: I am thrilled to have joined the team of such a progressive and market leading company where I will have the opportunity to fully utilise my many years of manufacturing management experience and I am proud to be leading the Polyco UK team in Newtown. I am a lifelong supporter of West Ham as well as being a part time pirate.
Biog: I joined W.Howard in 2007 as a sales coordinator and have since progressed to the role of Sales Office Manager. I don’t really have any hobbies and spend my spare time being a mother and a taxi service!
Biog: I joined WHL in January 2017. After discovering what a great reputation the WHL group have, I was honoured to be appointed for this position. I really enjoy working with new and existing customers and take pleasure in building strong partnering relationships, with clients and my colleagues. I also have a great interest in motorcycle racing.
Biog: Having started as an Apprentice Wood Machinist, I have over 25 years experience in all areas of MDF processing. I have acquired skills on-the-job, in planning, procurement, materials management and production management. I enjoy the challenges (and the headaches) of management and absolutely love the “can do” attitude that is so prevalent at all levels within the W.Howard Group. My downtime revolves around the family (blessed among women) and regular rounds of golf.
Biog: I joined the family business in 1986 after gaining my degree in Timber Technology. Having done practically every job in the company, I now thoroughly enjoy looking to the future and building a great team of people to drive the business forward for the benefit of all our customers and stakeholders.
Biog: I joined the W.Howard Family in 2012. I am responsible for our customers in the Scotland and Northern areas of the UK and also for our Polyco customers. It’s a pleasure to work for a company where the customer really is king! Would love to now say I have many hobbies and outside interests, but with 5 children and a husband that is something I can only dream about!
Biog: Having joined WHK in July 2017 I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead the Kildare team at such an exciting time for the business. When I am not making MDF mouldings I can be found on my bike training for the next race!
Biog: I joined W.Howard Ltd in 2011. It’s an exciting business to be part of as it proactively moves forward to ensure it’s success whilst preserving the close working relationships at the core of an SME. When not at work, you may find me on top of a hill, or perhaps in a boxing ring.
Biog: I joined WHL in 2002 and am privileged to be part of a progressive business that prides itself on building long lasting relationships with customers and employees alike; I am also the token fan of Everton Football Club – another privilege!
Biog: I have been advantaged to have worked for WHL since 2008, during which time I have seen the company go from strength to strength. What can I say I love it and can’t wait to see where we go in the future.

Biog: Since joining WHL in 2012 it has been a pleasure to be part of an approachable and attentive business that continuously strives to improve and adapt in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
Biog: I Joined WHL in 2011 as an apprentice Estimator, since then the company has given me opportunities to grow and develop resulting in me gaining a Degree in Business Studies. In my spare time I follow F1 Racing.
Biog: Having worked for WHL for plus 20 years, it goes without saying that I am proud to be part of a company that invests in its employees as well as its customers. It has been and still is a privilege to have grown, and continue to grow with the company.
Biog: I joined WHL in 2014 as a Forklift Operator. After being given the chance to progress I took on the role of an Estimator in March 2017. I have found this move to be challenging yet rewarding. When I’m not working, I like to play Rugby, both league and union.
Biog: I believe we do business in the right way: fair, honest and reliable. We try to make it easy for customers and that has worked for me since I joined in 2003. I’m a keen skier, a moderately successful DIY-er, proud father and a pragmatic Bolton Wanderers fan.
