Production Operative /Weinig Operator - AM shift (5am – 3pm)
To effectively take part in the daily operation of the production line AM shift (5am – 3pm) working safely, maintaining quality standards and production outputs to targets. Taking an active part in CI activities, and cleaning schedules as required. Be willing to learn new skills for the benefit of self and business and to train skills to peers.
The level 4 operative will also be expected to fill in as line leader, in the absence of the current line leader and be be responsible for the running of any of the four production lines, driving health and safety culture and ensuring that daily/weekly KPI targets are met, with a quality product being produced.
