HR and Admin Assistant
What do you do at W.Howard? As part of the HR team, I assist in the delivery of HR functions for the W.Howard UK sites - which includes recruitment, retention and reward.
When did you join W.Howard? I joined W.Howard in 2019 as a member of the sales team. I started my new role in HR in February of this year.
What do you most enjoy about working at W.Howard? I enjoy working for a company that really values the people who work here. I also enjoy being given opportunities to develop myself and to be given the chance to brainstorm innovative ideas that will benefit the entire workforce.
What is your Favourite Product? The wall panelling kit. It can really transform the look of a room.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? What other people think of you, is none of your business.
What most recently made you smile? Probably a dog… any dog!
Interesting fact about me: I previously lived in San Diego, where I studied abroad at California State University.
