These quality MDF products are designed to complement our architraves so you can achieve a beautiful, co-ordinated interior in any space.
As well as our traditional door lining and casing sets, we can also offer a wide range of thicknesses, widths and lengths to suit any requirements. Our 25mm thicknesses (5.4m lengths) and 30mm thicknesses (4.19m lengths) are available within 10 working days, while a 12x44mm door stop is also available ex-stock.
Cross cut and trenched head sets can be supplied within 15 working days, with alternative sizes available to order.
Face edge corners are machined to a 2mm radius for linings and a 3mm radius on the shoulder for casings.
Crucially, we are CERTIFIRE approved and all our manufactured MDF door lining and casing sets can be used with specified fire doors.
Our Primed FD30 casings and linings are 30-minute fire rated and comply with the requirements of BS476: part 22.
To make installation even easier, our casings and linings can be manufactured in both imperial and metric door sizes, so we really can offer any size you need to complete any project.
