W.Howard 'The MDF Specialists' is proud to be a founder patron of the Warrington Youth Zone – a purpose-built facility for the town’s young people aged 7 – 19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs.
Inside the Youth Zone young people have a safe space to socialise and engage in fun and engaging activities every day including sports, arts, music, media, dance, drama, cooking, employability and enterprise workshops, and so much more.
Our Group Chief Operating Officer, Graham Williams, was delighted to represent the company at a wonderful event last week to celebrate the Warrington Youth Zone’s first anniversary.
The event was blessed with glorious late afternoon sunshine, with live music from The Odeens and delicious food before W.Howard was presented with a lovely surprise handmade mosaic celebrating our 65 years in business.
It is always a treat to receive awards, but one made with such care and so much thought makes it very special indeed.
