Huge congratulations from everyone at W.Howard to all the graduates from our Leadership Impact Programme - Adrian McLean, Stephen Greenhalgh, Paul Ashurst and Denis Lenihan!
The Leadership Impact Programme is part of our core pledge to invest in all our staff as they continue to grow their skills and advance their careers.
Adrian, Steve, Paul and Denis had all expressed an interest in developing their understanding of leadership and management, so we enrolled them in a nine-month programme with The Better People Organisation to learn the very latest management skills and leadership theories. This will give them all a deeper understanding of their management and leadership style, while acquiring fundamental and practical skills that will have an immediate impact on themselves and their teams.
The next group of 16 W.Howard staff have already begun the next programme. Congratulations again to you all, and thank you for all your hard work!
